Location was great....right on the sea front with a pedestrian promenade in front which was quiet (apart from barking fighting dogs at night) as it was October and out of main tourist season. We had a functioning kitchen and hot water. A big plus was the drains did not smell...this seems to be a problem in Albania. Very convenient location if you want to swim and enjoy the sea. Adriatic is great for swimming. This works out a very good value, especially out of season. Plenty of restaurants and little shops within an easy walking reach. The place is a good size, roomy, light, airy with a long balcony to enjoy sunset over the sea from.

The person that showed us property totally ignored me as a woman, choosing to talk to my partner - a man only. Very misogynist approach ...they need to learn customer care...therefore I would definitely not recommend this stay for a lone female or even a group of females. It was not a pleasant experience. On the plus side they were okay to get in touch when we called them on our way there. They marked the booking as cancelled despite having us stayed there and paid them 160 Euros in cash. There were quite a few things that need fixing... one example would be the curtain poles not attached, grabscrews would easily fix this problem...one curtain pole fell on us while drawing net curtains. Generally dirty...kitchen kettle and toaster have never been cleaned inside nor outside. Once the snagging list is fixed...quite a long one and the place is cleaned up...it would make a really nice place to stay. Maybe it was just really tired after the season? Wi-fi gave up the ghost half way throughout our stay. Parking was free but roads were very busy, we struggled to find a spot.
