Nora Apartments

We were welcomed with a bottle of cold water. And since we were arriving in a combination of driving and ferry we arrive very late, something we announced properly and they accomodated to receive us.

Several things are going to be easy to improve, we book two adult people for a week and we got a small toilet paper roll for a week? Two medium size towels and one only hand towel, no washing capsules or anything to properly wash. One medium trash bag only for the whole facilty and we were not warned before arriving that there were not drinking water. Coffee machine had rest of coffee on it, wasnt clean. Check out stated in the page is 11.30, we were urged to leave the appartment before 10 for cleaning, to get another guests. Fact that despite we were leaving early i dont like when offers and actual facts dont match. Talking about not match bed linen didnt fit the bed we had to make the bed as we could with single linen for a double bed. Linen were gummy sticky with we suppose (due to the scents) rest of laundy capsule and stained due to the gummy rests of capsule. Aditionally we booked Nora Apartments and were alocated in Malena appartments acording to google with one block of distance, i would be able to understand some of the things im mentioning if comunication would have been a little better, i feel like that has some room for improvement too cause i had the sensation to have been talking to different people. I understand its on a budget place but 4 rolls of paper, trash bags, when you are paying 30000 leke or 400 euros could have been a minimum effort.

2 minutes to the beach. Very nice host - despite not finding a parking spot she supported us with a private one until we found a parking spot. Full amenities. Excellent value for the money.

Apartment at 6th floor without elevator

It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, was close to the sea, and had delicious pastries nearby. There were even toys for baby 🥹 I also want to highlight the option to completely darken the room—it’s great! Especially when you’re traveling with baby.

The only downside is that there's no microwave

Clean apartment, great facilities and comfy bed. Location was near to the beach.

The property was SO difficult to find as there are no road names so I spent over an hour trying to find it!! No internet without WiFi made it tricky to make contact (unless you get to a café/hotel), then the host met me promptly. If you arrive by taxi, ask the driver to take you to the Ergi Hotel and the apartment is very close. What a waste of time and not a great start to my holiday!
