Excellent location for exploring Malta. The apartment is huge with a large kitchen and nice balcony with views of Sliema and Valletta.

The water pressure is a bit low, but no big deal. The beds are very firm!

The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic. From the window, we had a stunning view of Valletta, which made our stay even more special. One of the highlights was spending time on the balcony – whether enjoying a meal or simply having a morning coffee, the atmosphere was perfect. The area itself is very convenient, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby, so everything you might need is within easy reach. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to explore the island. The apartment was extremely well equipped. Honestly, I have never stayed in an apartment where the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses, utensils, pots, pans – everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay very comfortable.

There were a few things we didn’t fully enjoy, the main one being the check-in experience. We had a very long journey and were quite exhausted upon arrival. When we reached the apartment at 3 pm (the official check-in time), we found that there were no keys in the key box. After calling the host, we were informed that the apartment was still being cleaned. When we entered, the cleaner had just started and asked us to wait another hour. It would have been completely understandable if we had been informed in advance about the delay, but arriving tired and having to wait unexpectedly was not a great start. Another thing to consider is the noise. The location is very central, right on a main street, which is great for convenience but also means it can be quite loud throughout the day and night. We could hear ambulances, police sirens, people outside, and general street noise. For light sleepers, this could be a significant issue. The mattresses were also not very comfortable. All of us found them quite difficult to sleep on – they felt very firm, almost like sleeping on the floor. Improving the mattresses would definitely make the stay much more enjoyable. Lastly, although the kitchen was very well equipped, we were only provided with one dishwashing tablet for a 7-day stay. We asked for more, but unfortunately, the host was unable to provide any.
