Great location. You can reach downtown in a couple of minutes. The apartment has some useful equipment such as a washing machine, a fridge and hotplates. There is the Mercato near where you can make purchases and cook your food in the apartment. It is an old and clean apartment that features air conditioning and mosquito protection. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, the availability of the host and its calmness : you will sleep well in its cozy bed.
Furthermore, I appreciated the possibility to drop your luggage after the check out to enjoy Ravenna during the day before leaving the city.
The only real downside was the toilet flush that didn't work well. It lacked power if you know what I mean. But I'm pretty sure it's easy to fix

Tv mancante e pulizia non particolarmente accurata.
C'erano 3 sedie a tavola anche se la prenotazione era per 4 persone.
