We would definitely stay at the property again ♡

We liked it so much! The house was very well equipped and spacious. Plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cookware. Good quality towels and bedding. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden was really lovely, and secure for the dogs. The dogs were also very well catered for. The location was perfect, too - close to footpaths and only about a 7 minute walk in to Hay.

The WiFi kept dropping out, but that really wasn't a major issue for us.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean and super welcoming for humans and pets.

The house was spotlessly clean and perfect for pets. We needed to find a place that could accept 3 dogs. Mums Place is in a great location within walking distance to Hay on Wye shops and restaurants and the river. The enclosed garden was an important feature for us as well as a good amount of parking space. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed.

A new boiler had been recently installed which meant we couldn’t get the shower working fully. This didn’t cause us any major problems though.

Greta place to stay in a Hay on wye

Spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the book shops

There is a slight issue with the shower which we were warned about on arrival that meant we had trouble getting it to work when needed but we managed

Immaculately clean. Very practical and great space. Lots of lovely little touches to make us feel at home

Nothing. The house was a lovely place to stay. Duvets were a little warm for the summer. It would be nice to have cooler covers.
