Tigullio Nest Rapallo

Luigi was lovely and the airconditioning was amazing, really nice to have some provided water and coffee.

It was located next to a elementary/preschool which was really loud during weekdays with kids screaming from around 9 until 16:30, which is fine because we were out most of the time however made relaxing at home difficult during those weekdays, also we really appreciate the coffee pods and water but the kitchen didnt have any salt or cooking oil. Otherwise it was great and what we expected.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso. L'host è stato super gentile per darci tutte le informazioni a noi necessarie sia per l'appartamento che per il parcheggio. La mega televisione in camera devo dire strana ma bella allo stesso tempo, sembra di stare al cinema; la casa attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno sia breve che lungo. Per il prossimo viaggio a Rapallo tornerei volentieri qui, sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che per la casa e la posizione. Comodo per la vicinanza anche co la stazione del treno per potersi spostare per andare in altri paesi come le 5 terre o Sestri Levante, senza dover postare l'auto.

L'unica cosa la mancanza di un posto auto vicino, che non sia a pagamento oppure includere nel costo un posto auto o una convenzione. Ci sono vari posteggi nei dintorni non a pagamento, ma sotto festività purtroppo quasi impossibile trovare un posto, ma comunque una soluzione si trova sempre.

A strategic location within easy walking distance of the station & the sea, shops, restaurants and the pedestrian area. Lift is a bonus, well equipped kitchen facilities.Luigi is fast to answer messages and gave us some excellent advice on where to eat, etc.

The apartment has been very tastefully renovated but there are a few buts that could easily be improved on. The bathroom is definitely cramped and if you’re anything over 5’7” you’ll need to sit sideways on the loo, as the wash basin is a bit too wide. The buildings opposite are very close and overlook the bedroom, so curtains would provide more privacy, especially when you are undressing. Four of everything (coat hangers, coffee cups, plates, glasses and only two mugs)are really not enough for an apartment that can sleep 4. Perhaps a coat stand or coat hooks in the hallway could be a good solution in an area where the tourist season begins early and often goes well into late autumn.

Un apartamento ideal, muy bien amueblado y decorado y con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios. Muy bien ubicado, a 5-10 minutos de la estación, del puerto y del centro.

Precio elevado pero puede ser por temporada alta
