L'appartamento è ristrutturato, mobili moderni, buona illuminazione, infissi nuovi e isolanti. C'è l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza e c'è un locale lavanderia. La porta d'ingresso si apre con un codice. L'host è stato molto disponibile e cortese.
Sono stati forniti degli asciugamani di tela ma sarebbe meglio usare solo quelli di spugna. Il secondo bagno è cieco e piccolo però ha una comoda doccia. Mancano degli appendini a muro nei bagni. L'appartamento era un pò impolverato, probabilmente le pulizie non erano state fatte di recente e i fornelli non erano puliti.

Excelente ubicación y barrio, cerca de estación de tren, restaurante y comercio. Departamento amplio y cómodo, cuenta con ascensor Éramos 5 adultas y estuvimos muy bien Duchas funcionaron en forma simultánea Elisabetta muy atenta y gentil

Moderno, amplio, bien equipado y limpio apartamento en Rapallo. Está muy bien situado, a pocos metros de las playas. Ideal. Stefano fue muy atento en todo momento. Las instrucciones muy claras y rápida respuesta a nuestras preguntas. Nos dio muy buenas sugerencias sobre qué hacer en Rapallo. Hemos pasado unos fabulosos días en la zona.

Good location, big apartment, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms
They refuse to issue receipt or invoice. It was prohibited to use dishwasher and washing machine, lack of soap, limited toilet paper.
