Very convenient location. Good basic amenities. Good to have a lift as well and not have to take the stairs. Comfortable bed. Nice to have air conditioning as well but could have benefited with some air conditioning in the bedroom.

Would be nice to have some basic things in the pantry (spices, salt and pepper etc.) even though there was still some provided it was not enough even for two people. The shower doors also leaked and made the floor very wet. The temperature dial in the shower didn't work well and could not adjust the temperature when showering. The upstairs neighbours were very loud particularly in the late night.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, literally a minute from the train station and very close walking distance to everything in Rapallo. We were met at the apartment by Felix, who was friendly and helpful, and he also sent us lots of useful tips and advice on things to do locally. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed. The washing machine was really useful, and we were able to get lots of washing done, after a couple of weeks travelling! We would definitely stay here again. As an aside, we really liked Rapallo itself, a charming small town by the sea, well located for getting to Cinque Terre and with ferries to Portofino and other islands. Lots of interesting shops and good restaurants

The apartment is on the 5th floor, although it does have a very small lift if you don't want to walk!
