The room and facilities were nice. Great view from the breakfast location. The fried rice was a good choice.

The facilities and the pool were nice and it was clean. The breakfast was decent.

I was unprepared for the 2 million IDR cash deposit requested at check in even though the reservation had already been made through booking by card. Not sure why card was not acceptable. The water temperature of the shower was inconsistent.

exceptional and highly recommended

From the warm and friendly check-in to the very last moment of our stay, everything was truly exceptional. The team went out of their way to accommodate every request, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were among the kindest and most attentive we have ever experienced. We genuinely felt at home here and were honestly sad to leave. We would love to come back anytime!

Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We received a cold drink and a chilled towel when we arrived, we went through all the documents, rules and information for the property. Then we were shown to our room. The reception area and the view were amazing!

It is really hot in the reception area, you cannot escape it. That entire area from reception and even the dining area are all hot and need more cooling systems or more fans if possible. We could see that even the staff we very hot, which made us a little uncomfortable as we felt sorry for them.

Magical stay!

We’re used to five-star hotels, and this place truly met all our expectations. The two-bedroom villa consisted of two beautiful buildings surrounding a stunning private pool — absolutely dreamy. The breakfast was fantastic, the surroundings peaceful and lush, and the staff exceptionally helpful. The beds were super comfortable, and the little outdoor kitchen was such a lovely touch. The bathrooms were incredible — spacious, elegant, and designed with an open-air feel. The location is about 15 minutes from the town center, which was perfectly fine for us. They serve food until 5 p.m., so for dinner you’ll need to grab a quick ride into town, which is easy enough. All in all, an unforgettable stay — we’d love to come back!

If we could suggest one improvement, it would be the breakfast setup — the portions were quite large, and it would have been nice to be able to choose two smaller dishes (one savory and one sweet). It wasn’t until our second morning, after I insisted on paying for an extra dish, that they kindly agreed. A small note: we’d also recommend skipping the beach restaurants they suggest — they’re quite touristy and overpriced.

The place is beautiful. It’s a huge place and few villas. Aesthetically it was amazing. The staff is so lovely. Breakfast really good. To be honest, I couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful villa with super pool, great beds, and absolutely one of the best breakfast and lunches we had in bali.

Location is a bit off, you need a taxi to go somewhere. But for a small amount you are at the beach.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you arrive, the customer service by the entire team is exceptional. The villa itself is outstanding. Clean, welcoming, open and luxurious. The on site restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, and we honestly struggled to decide what to have each time, the menu options were outstanding and incredibly generous. The location is quite tucked away and you can’t really walk out the front gate to do much, but we liked how private and exclusive this felt. We downloaded the local app GRAB and got a very cheap car to local restaurants, the beach, and also got dinner delivered via the app each night. We travelled with our 2 year old son and the entire staff doted on him the whole time. We will absolutely be back.

The only thing we would have liked is a small drying rack, just to be able to hang up bathers and towels etc. the towels are changed every day, but it perhaps would have been handy to quickly dry them before using again.

Private and huge villas. Good for chilling out.

We love that the villa is very quiet and private. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The pool in the middle of the villa is perfect for cooling down in the heat. There's a lot of space for everyone. Throughout the whole stay, we hardly saw any other guest except at breakfast. This is a good place if you just want to chill and relax.

The rooms are too dark. Could do with more lighting. Can't see well at night. The bathrooms are very bright though. The villas are not near shops but this is no problem because Grab is cheap and convenient.

My recent stay at Arpana Luxury Private Pool Villas from February 2nd to 7th, 2025, was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight, offering a serene and tranquil environment to unwind after a day of exploring Bali. The villa’s outdoor area, complete with lush greenery, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having the option to enjoy meals in the privacy of my villa was a real treat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the attention to detail. The staff was always available to assist with any request, whether it was arranging transport, recommending local attractions, or organizing a private in-villa spa experience. The location of the villas is ideal – situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to visit some of Bali’s famous attractions, restaurants, and beaches.

One concern I had was the noise from crickets and cuckoo birds throughout the night. While I understand this is a part of the natural environment, the constant sounds made it difficult for me to get a restful night’s sleep. It would be great if the property could consider solutions to reduce the impact of these nocturnal sounds, as everything else about the stay was perfect.

Het zwembad was prima

Waar zal ik beginnen? Voor een verblijf in deze prijsklasse mag je toch wel iets meer verwachten dan wat je voorgeschoteld krijgt. Er zijn omgeloofelijk veel dieren in en rondom de villa. Je moet niet raar opkijken als er midden in de nacht ineens een tokeh zijn behoefte boven je bed doet, waardoor er uitwerpselen op je terecht komen. Er zijn ongelooflijk veel insecten. Denk aan mieren, vliegen en spinnen. In het restaurant is slechts 1 kinderstoel beschikbaar. Het ontbijt stelt echt niks voor. Erg kleine porties en als je iets meer wilt, is er niks mogelijk. Zelfs een extra bakje koffie is niet mogelijk. Het begrip "service" kennen ze bij Arpana Villas niet. Op een dag besloot het personeel om onderhoud aan de elektriciteit te laten plegen. Dit werd vooraf niet kenbaar gemaakt aan ons. Gevolg hiervan was dat er 2 baby's moesten slapen in hoge temperaturen boven de 30 graden (de airco's konden ook niet aan). Op een compensatie vanuit Arpana Villas hoef je ook niet te rekenen, want het begrip "compassie" en "begip" kennen ze ook niet. Het personeel loopt erbij alsof ze er totaal geen zin in hebben en niet gemotiveerd zijn. Ik zou iedereen willen adviseren om een ander verblijf te zoeken, want Arpana Villas gaat geen ontspannen verblijf worden.

到着日に1泊だけしたのですが、もう1泊すれば良かったと本当に悔やまれます。施設は真新しく、とても清潔でした。 Villaの庭も美しい植栽でアウトドアリビングから見える景色も素敵でした。プライベートプールは十分な大きさでした。家族3人で泳いでも狭さを感じず、11歳の息子は何度も飛び込んでいました。部屋はプールを挟んで両サイドに別れているので3世代の旅行にもおすすめです。ホテルの敷地も花が咲き乱れ、少し高台にあるホテルのレストランから見る景色も素敵でした。朝食はアラカルトで好きなだけ注文出来るようでした。何を食べても美味しく3泊くらいしても飽きないでしょう。スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、出発前からいろんな提案をしていただき、説明もわかりやすかったです。またチェックアウトの延長も無料で応じていただきました。 Mr.IRVAN 素晴らしい滞在になりました。本当にありがとう！またこのホテルに戻ってきますね。

Ete 2025 en famille à Jimbaran

Les villas sont très agréables à vivre et le personnel d'une grande gentillesse et attentionné. Avec une mention spéciale pour Arta👍. La vue matinale de la salle du petit déjeuner qui surplombe la baie de Denoasar et ses environs.

L'emplacement à Jimbaran. Il faut absolument bénéficier d'un moyen de locomotion. Si le domaine est calme et accueillant, sa situation dans la ville l'est moins.

너무나 훌륭한 arpana villas.

부모님, 아이와 함께하는 첫 발리 가족 여행 세 군데 숙소 중 만장일치로 가장 만족스러운 숙소예요. 오픈한 지 6개월쯤 됐다고 하시던데 그래서 그런지 사진 그대로 너무 예쁘고 깨끗한 내부, 외부, 집기들이 기분좋게 맞아줬어요. 수영장 규모도 적당하고 물도 깨끗해서 하루종일 둥둥 떠있고 싶었어요. 키가 140쯤 되는 아들이 섰을 때 겨드랑이 정도 되는 깊이라 놀기에 좋았어요. 그렇게 물놀이 하다가 음식 배달시켜 야외 주방에서 먹고, 또 놀고. 아!!! 이 야외주방이 진짜 신의 한 수!!! 냉장고가 꽤 커서 음식들 보관하기도 너무 좋고, 아일랜드 타입의 싱크대라 식사 준비하기도 편하고, 그릇, 커트러리들도 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 커피머신이 있어서 완전 굿!!이었어요. 얼려놓은 얼음으로 아이스 아메리카노 만들어 텀블러에 넣어 외출할 때도 가져 나가면 아주 유용해요. 정말 프라이빗하게 조용해서 밤되면 이 야외 주방 식탁에 앉아 조명 켜놓고 잔잔한 음악 들으면서 수영장 바라 보며 힐링 하던 그 기억과 느낌은 절대 잊을 수 없을 거예요. 인피니티 풀 느낌은 낼 수 없지만 조용한 수영장 안에서 노을 지는 하늘을 보는 것도 너무나 매력적이었어요. 넓고 오픈된 욕실도 저는 정말 좋았어요. 막혀있진 않지만 누구도 볼 수 없어서 욕조에서 노천탕 느낌 내면서 반신욕하는 기분도 최고!! 그리고 조식!!!! 저희는 뷔페식 보다 이게 훨씬 좋았어요. 어떻게 이렇게 메류 하나하나 다 너무 맛있는지. 특히 manna muffin!!!! 최고예요!!!!! 아!!!! 계란밥을 여기서 먹을 수 있을 거라곤 상상도 못했는데...ㅠㅡㅠ 가족 모두 반갑게 넘 맛있게 먹었어요. (Korean style 인데 참기름(sesame seed oil)이 없어서 쪼끔 아쉬웠어요. Korean style gyeranbab은 참기름이 필수 킥!!!) 직원분들 다 너무 친절하셨는데 그 중 특히 레스토랑에 sejan. 항상 밝게 웃는 얼굴로 응대해주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 시내가 걸어갈 거리는 아니지만 맛집 많은 sidewalk가 택시 타면 5분 거리라 식사는 걱정 안해도 될 거예요. 아!!!! grab이나 gojek 이용 시엔 주소를 'arpana villas & private estate' 라고 입력하면 수월해요. 모든 가족들이 매우 만족하여 또 오고 싶다했던, 칭찬하자면 끝이 없는 arpana. 또 갈게요~~♡

방 조명이 좀 많이 어두워요. 휴식을 위해서는 최적일 수 있는데 아이들이 있으니 조금 더 밝으면 좋겠다 싶었어요.
