Wouldn’t stay again.

It was very spacious and pool was awesome.

We were 2 couples staying 7 nights. Very hard to find initially as it’s in a timeshare villa complex. Beds were hard, pillows very uncomfortable. Blinds in the bedrooms are all broken and don’t close properly. Mini bar was supposed to be re stocked daily, it wasn’t. We even asked the property manager if we could get it restocked which he said he would organise, it didn’t happen. Got restocked the night before we left. We even tried to get charged for drinks that weren’t there when we checked out. The cleaner stays out the back all day which is a little weird, especially as the place doesn’t get cleaned properly. We came back one day and our beds had been made but had to go find the cleaner as the towels were missing. A bottle broke in the main house so we cleaned it up but behind the kitchen bins looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, or under the couches. We couldn’t use the ceiling fan as it was broken but the cleaner turned off the aircon every morning so we came back to a hot room. Very annoying when you come back hot and sweaty. Staff were not very helpful nor friendly, got more help from the gate entrance staff who were part of the Karma group. Pictures look nice but the Villa needs a lot of updating and broken things fixed.

Simply lovely!

Beautiful villa, great pool, great rooms, great garden and great location (very close by to beach and restaurants etc) Would not hesitate to go again in our next Bali trip and would recommend to any family.

The property could not have been better. Only thing that can improve is the attention levels of staff - they were not responsive at times and did not really cater for any additional requests like finding someone for massage, for hair beads, for tours etc (we were spoiled with attention and willingness to help of staff in all other locations in Bali)

I would come and stay here again.

I came with my family, and we had a great time there, mainly because the beach was so close to the villa. The Villa was clean and cozy. And special thanks to Mba Kiki for all her assistance during our stay there.

The mosquitos were terrible. We should have asked for fogging before or at the time of our arrival.

Beautiful spacious villa close to beach and restaurants - won’t disappoint,

Wow -what’s not to like! Beautifully furnished, spacious, sparkling clean and so close to the beach and restaurants. Looks even better than the photos - we loved the private pool and the spacious main suite located upstairs. The Villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for a fabulous stay.

Beautiful villa in the private area of the hotel. Very close to the beach, about 100 m. The villa is big, clean, the pool is great. Very suitable for a family with children. We thank the staff who took care of the villa every day.

Air conditioners need to be replaced. They are very old and make noise !!! You can't sleep properly with them.

Myself and my family are still missing the Villa. Location was super quite, near to airport and walking distance from Jimbaran beach to have stunning sun rise & sun set views. Next time, I definitely will have to plan for surfing training at Jimbaran beach. One day before my arrival itself, Kiki - who is managing the villa was in touch with me to arrange my airport pick-up and to arrange all necessary things that I may need for my stay - very caring staff & the hospitality was awesome. Everyday house-keeping with staff's availability from morning to evening was making my stay very comfortable. Lot many restaurants are nearby. Cleanliness of the pool was very good. Kitchen has every facilities with a mini bar. Nearby premises are heavily green & sometimes felt like inside a mini forest with sweet chirping & singing sounds by lot of birds.

Availability of Villa - one of my friends referred this villa to me & it was bit difficult to get the villa available for online booking as the bookings were already full for most of the days for which I was looking for

Bali - the nicest people in the world with one of the richest cultures- too much plastic pollution

The location of the villa was excellent. Across the street from a beach with wonderful ambiance and the Four Seasons hotel which offered excellent cocktails and amazing views. The villa gardens, living area and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were beyond Great! I have lived and travelled around the world and the people of Bali are the very kindest and most hospitable people you will ever meet!

Some of the furniture is outdated and needs to be refurbished. This second part has nothing to do with the villa itself: Jimbaran, as is the case with most beaches in Bali, has a serious problem with plastic pollution. It is impossible to swim without being amidst plastic bags. Sadly, due to the pollution, this will be my final time travelling to Bali which was my favorite place in the world for more than 30 years. There are several International hotels along Jimbaran beach who take care of cleaning up the area in front of their property but have lost my esteem because they do not make an effort to protect the rest of the beautiful beach - only what concerns them.

Beautiful property, close to cafes, beach and access to Karma resort pool

The location, the amenities, cleanliness, beautiful garden and pool. Access to Karma resort pool and comfortable walking distance to cafes, seafood on the beach and resorts like Four seasons and Intercontinental for sunset drink.

Not a big concern as our driver did find it. But perhaps better intructions on how to find the villa. ie. enter via the front entrance of Karma resort.

dreamy luxury villa settled in luxurious tropical garden, 1 mn from paradise Jimbaran beach.

comfort cozy luxury and proximity to the beach within 1 mn. luxury amenities superior to 5 stars hotels. kitchen is dreamy and the entire villa feels like home with a great relaxing vibe and manicured garden. The host Kiki was super friendly and check In / Out a breeze. Outside bathroom in tropical garden were super clean and comfortable. perfect for family, friends, or even couple who need space, and calm.

Everything! Beautiful spacious villa with great amenities. The garden is gorgeous, perfect for my yoga practice. The staff is really helpful. Amazing location in gated community, Jimbaran beach just across the street. It’s the highlight of our trip. Thank you and we’ll be back

The villa is beyond my expectation. It's clean, well managed, friendly and helpfull staff. And the best part is..... only a minute away from the Jimbaran beach by walking. The place also easy to find online transportation, and there are a lot of food places nearby too

Well spent 1 night here on short gateaway. Staff are friendly and helpful. The villa is very spacious. Old renovated bulding but high maintenance. Its quiet and peaceful in the residence but also you can find cafes, restaurant, shopping mall, around the neighborhood. The beach is only steps away across the street. Very recommended to those who wanna have real experience of Bali. Definitely will be back in future!

Villa conforme aux photos et au descriptif Grand Volume Très Jolie Jardin

La relation avec le manager Darius n'a pas été à la hauteur du lieu. À notre arrivée, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de rester plus tard car notre avion était en soirée. Darius m'a répondu : " Je demande à mon boss mais si pas réservé possible jusqu'à 15h." J'ai dût redemander à plusieurs reprises pour savoir si possible car la villa n'était pas réservée et j'ai reçu une possibilité jusqu'à 12h ce que j'ai décliné. De plus, nous avons rencontré un problème de wifi, j'ai du relancer plusieurs fois Darius pour qu'il me dise que le retour de l'opérateur était lent donc pas de wifi sur plusieurs jours. Certaines serviettes de plage étaient tachées et la terrasse demanderait une rénovation au vu du standing affiché. Pour terminer, la présence du personnel toute la journée peut-être dérangeante même s'ils sont discrets.
