We absolutely loved this villa. It was in a great location, had a beautifully maintained garden and had all the mod-cons you could want. It really is steps from the beach.
A toaster would have been nice.

Beautifully presented and clean. Lovely pool and gardens. Very close to Jimbaran Beach. Scott (Villa owner), very welcoming and helpful with great local knowledge for restaurants etc.
It was overall lovely! A few little/minor things:
- more large mugs please (rather than tea cups) & no dishwasher or washing machine. A reasonable walk to grocery stores (25 mins or so)
- some presence of cleaners and gardeners during our short stay so not entirely private for the morning time.

The property is well maintained and ina great location in a private compund called Karma.
The check in was overly complicated and the communication before checkin was horrible. Should share the location days in advance not same day. When traveling with a big group you need to organise well in advance. Also the safe was broken with the passports inside and the staff did not know how to fix it, we opened it using YouTube :D

Excellent location if you are wanting to be very close to the beach and seafood restaurants. Very spacious and clean villa with friendly staff. It was handy to have a restaurant on site for breakfasts but it has a good kitchen if you want to eat in.
