Apartamento limpio, cómodo y amplio. La persona encargada súper amable, pendiente de nosotras durante toda la estancia.

La ubicación un pelín alejada del centro histórico para caminar con el calor veraniego. Lo bueno es que hay autobuses en la misma puerta.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment. A Lidl supermarket is nearby and it is an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. The big terrace is a great space to relax after a busy day.

The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the outside space and the washing machine, as well as the provided cleaning products and coffee. The location was also a big plus for me. It was slightly away from the city centre, which gave a more local feel, and I enjoyed being surrounded by residents rather than tourists. There is a Lidl grocery store very close by, which was very convenient. It was about a 20-minute walk to Castelvecchio, and it was a lovely walk along the river. The Zeno area nearby was especially nice, with lots of restaurants and a Saturday market selling clothes, flowers, and food. Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in and key collection via lockbox was easy, and the gated area made me feel very safe. There are also buses right outside the property.

The elevator was not working, which made carrying luggage upstairs difficult. I also noticed ants in the kitchen area throughout the stay, even though no food was left out. A few small items were missing, such as a kitchen towel, scissors, and a proper knife
