Modern nice apartment, very close to the center, noise-canceling windows, generally clean, very comfy bed, and a very helpful host :)

Nothing was THAT critical, except for one little think that I think the cleaners missed - although the apartment was very clean, when we opened the sofa bed, the mattress was full of dust and scattered hair from the previous guests, we even noticed a smoked cigarette and a vape falling on the floor once the sofa was opened, which made us feel uncomfortable and had to put another cover on the bed for us to be convinced to sleep on it (barely). Other stuff that has nothing to do with the owner but still you should know about are that 1. There are no elevators and you have to go 2 floors up with steep stairs. 2. You are living in a residential building so you will be smelling all kinds of odors in the hallway (cooking/cleaning.. and not all of them are pleasant). 3. The neighbourhood is very rusty (but it still didn’t feel dangerous or anything) We were fine with all of that since we spent most of our day outside :) (except for the cleaning part)

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It seems newly renovated, is very clean, had all necessary amendments and plenty of coffee! The check-in process was seamless and Marco was very attentive answering all questions we had. The neighbourhood seems a bit rundown but we liked the roughness and never felt unsafe. It is close to many of the major sights and the Mercato del Capo is just around the corner. 10 out of 10!

Super Lage, alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte, bei Rückfragen war der Host immer innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen !
