Blonzu Cabo Verde

The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment was lovely, with Aircon in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan in the the other bedroom. Aircon in the sitting area as well. The pool was big and we made use of this a couple of times for a dip, to keep cool in the afternoon. The host met us at the property, and we were able to keep in touch through WhatsApp, in case of any issues.

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like. We found the balcony area flooded slightly on the first few mornings, which we believe was due to the air-conditioning, so we made sure to switch this off during the day, and this helped to avoid this. If this was mentioned at the beginning of the holiday it would have been helpful, but it wasn't a huge issue. It would also have been useful to have a couple of outdoor chairs to use by the pool, but again this wasn't a problem.

V zime je apartman chladny. Iba kurenie klimatizaciou nestaci, treba s tym ratat.

Great location. Good sized TV well equipped kitchen and devices for laundry - pegs, airing horse, iron.

It’s all quite run down and needs updating. Not quite like the images in the listing. Some things broken to the point of being unsafe. Lots of small fixes that would make it a much nicer stay. Air con didn’t work which was tough in the heat.

Apartment is in a good location - there is a shop around the corner and is a 10 minute walk to the beach & restaurants along the sea front.

No air con in the second bedroom meaning it was very very hot - no fan either, we did ask for one. The room definitely needs a free standing fan. There is a terrace but you can’t sit out on it as it’s so hot with the extractor fan from the air con. No necessities like tea, coffee, sugar, extra pillows etc Electric used to go off every now and again
