Kwatera bardzo skromnie wyposażona. Teoretycznie jest wszystko co potrzeba do przeżycia, prócz czajnika. Stan wizualny kwatery, niestety niedostateczny. Odchodzący parkiet na podłodze w sypialni nr 2, lecący tynk z sufitu w przedpokoju (prawdopodobnie wcześniejsze zalanie). Łazienka nr 2 z drzwiami otwieranymi do wewnątrz, co utrudnia korzystanie z niej. Pomimo I piętra - w każdym pomieszczeniu mrówki. WIFI-brak. Dwie plaże północna i południowa. Do obydwu jakieś 200-300 m. Na północną (ładniejszą) droga z powrotem pod górę. Miejscowość bardzo spokojna. Właściciel miły. Parking około 50 metrów od domu. Piekarnia, sklep, bankomat, mały targ - wszystko praktycznie pod ręką. Podsumowując - za te pieniądze znajdziemy coś lepszego, a mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego remontu.
