De villa is zeer goed uitgerust en heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het verblijf was bij aankomst heel schoon.
Het ligt vlakbij het zwembad, aan een groot grasveld. Ideaal om even te voetballen met je kind. Op het terrein zit een goede bakkerij (let op de openingstijden), een kleine supermarkt voor de basisbehoeften en een restaurant.
De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij reageert snel op berichten.
Niks viel tegen. De locatie is prima als je er bewust voor kiest om iets verder van de faciliteiten te zitten. Er is wel een grote supermarkt op 4 minuten rijafstand.
Tijdens het boeken van het verblijf stond er dat er twee badkamers waren. Er is 1 grote, comfortabele badkamer op de bovenverdieping, en 1 wc met wasbak op de begane grond.

The house was very spacious and has directly access to the garden/pool, amazing for kids.
I think it needs a bit of renovation, I’m not sure if the house stays open for the whole year but there was a kind of mould smell, we’ve had to open the whole house to get rid of the smell. Apart of that all good.

Overall OK spacious and private facility to stay - it had a pool (no extra towels though for pool area usage), close to Cascai, Lisbon, beaches; good choice of kitchen supplies, coffee machine with capsules.
There is dedicated parking place for the car in front of the door.
It was promised to have 1 double and 2 single beds (the most important reason for our booking), but it turned out to have 2 double beds and bed linens prepared for 3 persons. Took quite some time to find and prepare bed (sleeping possibility) for 4th person. Did not felt welcomed (on top of the “suprise” on the morning of departure).
Also it took time to find towels (a lot of wallclosets which is good for longer stay) and a handsoap. No hair-dryer.
Minor detail, though first impression counts - condo felt not to be used/lived in for a long time - pushes uncut, a lot of dry leaves 🍂 around the terrasse, dry plants in front entrance, rooms had a stuffy air when entered. Little bit like a countryhouse you visit once-twice per year with assets (towels, linen etc) you kind of don’t need anymore at your home ….
