Tout était impeccable

Les photos donné pour trouver la location étaient correctes. Mais comme la rue est en une vois, ce serait mieux que il y ai des photos prise du côté de point de vue des arrivants et non du coté opposé…ça nous à pris un peut de temps pour trouver l’appartement car nous avons du nous parquer et de nous retourner pour reconnaître ce qui était présentée sure les photos que la gérante nous a envoyé. Si non tout état impeccable.

Contact au téléphone efficace, agréable et cordial, les consignes étaient précises. Le logement est le reflet des photos, réfection moderne et récente, très propre. La literie, le volume des chambres sont très confortables, les deux salles d'eau pratiques. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine, Le logement est situé au début d'une zone piétonne, ou se tient le samedi un marché local très sympa a parcourir, des cafés et autres commerces, ainsi que des parkings gratuits sont à proximité. Il faut aussi signaler que l'appartement est parfaitement insonorisé. En résumé nous n'avons pas été déçus d'avoir choisi cet établissement, dont nous allons garder les coordonnées, et que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Rien

Impeccable, spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, et bien sûr très bien situé : on peut tout faire à pied. Avec en plus le marché au pied de l’appartement pour notre dernière matinée !

Certains pourraient ne pas supporter le bruit des cafés animés du quartier, mais dans ce cas il ne faut louer en centre ville 😉

This property enjoys a fantastic location for those wanting to be in the heart of this wonderful town. Situated on the main road through the centre it is no more than 50 metres from the nearest entry into the inner Historic part of town. Positioned on the first floor is has wonderful vantage point to watch the world go by from one of its three balcony verandas. On market day (which cannot be missed) you can sit mesmerised whilst enjoying your morning pastry and coffee. For those arriving by car you can park directly outside to allow you to unpack your luggage. Whilst it’s not possible to leave your car here there is free on-street parking that is just 5 mins away. Just beware parking under certain trees (Your car paintwork does not agree with what the birds will deposit on it). Regarding the property itself it is very well appointed and caters for those that are less inclined to eat out who prefer to genuinely self-cater. That’s not to say that there aren’t plenty of wonderful restaurants all within walking distance that you can visit. 20 metres from the front door there is also an amazing Pizzeria for take-out only. Highly recommended. We would love to come back and totally recommend this property to anyone that like us has fallen in love with Pezenas and the surrounding area.

There is little that we didn’t like about this property withonly 2 points we would like to have been better. There is only one toilet shared between 3 bedrooms. It might be ok for families but less pleasant if staying with friends. The other point is that there is no air-conditioning and whilst there were 2 fans provided it would have been nice for each bedroom to have one. Sleeping at night was uncomfortably hot without a fan. Personally I feel this is an oversight. Since we stayed in mid-late September (25-27 degrees C) I cannot start to imagine what it must be like in the height of summer.
