L'emplacement est bien situé par rapport au centre-ville. La décoration est agréable. La présence d'un cabinet médical au 1er etage. Équipé d'une machine à laver et un sèche linge .
La place de parking est trop exiguë pour un SUV. Il manque une bouilloire et une cafetière filtre. Alèses et oreillers à changer.

L'espace dans l'appartement et un salon confortable.
Appartement chaud L'été et bruyant si les fenêtres restent ouvertes la nuit. Il manque quelques équipements en cuisine ( cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire) Les protèges-lit, et oreillers doivent être lavés ou changés.

il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner inclus dans le contrat. emplacement très bien. j'ai conseillé ce logement à des membres de ma famille et à des amis pour leurs sorties à venir.
La terrasse fait un peu tache pour un si bel appartement, un petit rafraichissement lui ferait un grand bien.
