We had a great stay at Agréable maison neuve Angers Centre–Madeleine. The apartment was very nice—spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do, and since we had a car, the parking was a huge plus.
The only downside for us was that there was no cleaning fee, and guests are expected to clean the apartment before departure. That was an oversight on my part when booking. Overall, a great place to stay as long as you’re aware of the cleaning expectations.
