The best is to have a parking space. The appartment is quite well equipped. Comfortable bed.
Easy communication with the manager
Neighbords are extra noisy, and the full building smells marihuana, which can be disgusting. Also, there is no privacy, curtains must be closed all the time as all appartments face the corridor and you can see people passing by, which makes appartment very dark
