Good value. Clean apartment. Conveniently located near USC. Well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed for a short stay.

No staff on site whatsoever. It took me an hour to reach anyone over the phone to ask where the garage opener was.

初めの扉の後、次の扉を開ける際、時間制限があるのに気が付かず開けるのに時間を要した。付近の道路は駐車車両が多く、駐車スペースはない。初めから施設の駐車場を予約しておくことをお勧めする。今回は駐車場を前もって予約していかなかったが、到着後、夜遅くにも関わらず駐車場の予約に対応してもらえたことは有難かった。

付近の駐車スペースはいつもない状態なので、駐車場の予約は必須であることをWEBで知らせてもらった方が良いとおもう。部屋のWi-Fiが不安定で使えなかったのが残念です。

This apartment was a solid choice for my time in Los Angeles. The space was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Being so close to USC and Exposition Park made getting around really easy. Koreatown restaurants and coffee shops were just a short drive away. Overall, it felt like a great home base for exploring the city.

The location of the property is really good, and the apartment looks very similar to the photos, which was a positive point.

However, we experienced several important issues during our stay. Since the moment we made the reservation, I sent messages asking about the possibility of early check-in, but received no response. When we arrived, early check-in was not possible, despite my previous attempts to contact them. In addition, at check-in time, we faced a very uncomfortable situation: they claimed they could not locate our payment, even though it had been properly made through Booking more than two months in advance. We were only allowed to enter the apartment after a lot of back and forth and sending proof of payment, which caused us to lose almost an entire day of our trip. Although communication was generally quick, in this specific situation responses took a long time, and we had to call in order to resolve the issue. Because of that, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who does not speak English well. Regarding cleanliness, it seemed fine at first, but we noticed some issues, such as hair on the towels. Another point that made us uncomfortable was the amount of personal information requested, including photos of documents, passport, and even a credit card, which we found excessive. A $250 security deposit was also required, with a stated refund timeframe of up to 14 days after checkout. However, this period has already passed and we have still not received the refund. Overall, unfortunately, our experience was not positive.
