Lovely accomodation for biz trip

Spacious and clean appartment, blackout blinds, comfortable beds, well furnished kitchen, high security precautions, calm residence complex, huge terrace and lovely helpful landlord (merci, Sandrinne!:))

The living area had the thermostat set on 19,5C (probably remotely as we weren’t able to modify the temperature) which was a bit cold for end of November, especially when livingroom and kitchen are tiled - bring some slippers if staying in wintertime! Bedrooms and bathroom were nice and warm though:) parking can be tricky as it’s on the street below the residence

Short stay in Lyon

Very nice, clean, and spacious apartment, with a large balcony. The neighbourhood is a 15-minute drive from the city center.

There is a 300 EUR deposit, on top of the apartment price, which we still haven't received back, one month after our stay.

Appartement confort , bon séjour

Emplacement calme, appartement grand ou on s'y sent bien. La communication avec Sandrine était très bien.

Manque de vaisselles et ustensiles pour un long séjour. Manque de proximité du métro malgré la présence du bus.

Prima verblijf voor een nacht en hopen dat het dan goed geregeld is qua schoonmaak.

Prima locatie als je op doorreis bent. Wij waren er 3 nachten en dat is lang genoeg. Wel dicht bij centrum voor dag trip in Lyon

Toen we aankwamen lag de vuile was van de vorige huurders er nog. Was nog niets schoongemaakt! Dit aangegeven en daar wordt wel snel op gereageerd, maar het kwam er op neer dat er nog iemand langs moest komen en die was om 23.00 nog aan het schoonmaken. Geen relax begin van de vakantie. We zouden gecompenseerd worden, maar dat bleek korting op volgend verblijf. Het is maar de vraag of we daar de komende jaren weer in de buurt komen. Ook douchen was een uitdaging omdat de douchekop lam was. Bedden waren van goed formaat (is in frankrijk nog wel eens erg kort), maar je voelde wel de vering er wat doorheen.

L’emplacement, l’ascenseur, l’agencement, la sécurité, la terrasse, place de parking devant, une épicerie en bas dé l’immeuble, supermarché Auchan à 5 minutes à pied…

L’absence d’un lave linge.

La personne qui s'occupe de la location très agréable, très disponible et très efficace pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. La petite terrasse de l'appartement et la piscine de l'immeuble.

Les chambres, les stores, la grande salle de bain, le mobilier de manière générale..

L’accès est assez compliqué avec l’entièreté des portes sécurisées à passer mais nous reconnaissons que cela apporte une certaine sécurité.

Appartement très agréable

Très chouette appartement, déco simple mais jolie avec un balcon très agréable. Les lits sont très confortables, l'appartement propre. Communication très facile avec la personne qui gère l'appartement pour récupérer les infos pour l'arrivée dans l'appartement. Quelques sachets de thé et capsules de café à disposition. Deux supérettes, une pharmacie et une boulangerie en bas de l'appartement. Un supermarché plus grand à 7mn à pieds. Très contente de notre séjour. Nous reprendrons cette location avec plaisir si nous revenons dans le coin.

Ce serait sympa qu'il y ait quelques éléments de base dans la cuisine comme du sel et du poivre. La boité à clef étant au rdc, cela pourrait être utile d'avoir deux jeux de clefs.
