L'appartamento è davvero splendido, ristrutturato a nuovo con grande gusto e finiture di alto livello. Si vede subito che l'host ci ha messo il cuore e ha pensato a ogni minimo dettaglio per non far mancare nulla e rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Buona anche la posizione nel quartiere di Koum Kapi: appena fuori dal caos del centro storico, che si raggiunge comunque a piedi in pochi minuti.
Se proprio devo trovare l'unico pelo nell'uovo, l'affaccio sul balcone che dà verso il mare ha la vista un po' coperta dai palazzi davanti, quindi se ne vede solo uno spicchio tra i tetti. Un dettaglio davvero minimo che non toglie assolutamente nulla a una struttura eccezionale.

What a beautiful apartment and lovely host. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very new and modernly furnished and had many little thoughtful touches from the host waiting for us. It has two balconies and the large balcony was perfect for breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the city and the sea. Parking on the streets was also no problem. Absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Fully furnished place as if it’s like your second house. We were total surprised to see a lot of items were equipped, which are necessary for travelers but sometimes missing in guest houses. We found following items: Phone chargers not only for iPhone lighting cable but also for smartphones type-c cable. Hair curlers. Drying rack.
There’s almost nothing we could find a room for improvement here. If we need to say, as (I believe) many houses have similar system, this building uses solar thermal energy for producing hot water. So, it may surprise you when this system doesn’t work. So, I would recommend you to carefully read memorandum the owner prepared in which you can see what you need to in such cases.
