Good room and location

The location is really good and the check in is easy. We pay with cash (Euros) when we check out. The room was clean and everything went really good. The owner was always available to help us with any questions.

Recommend

Location is great - around 5 min walk to a bus stop which takes you to the various beaches in the area. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Host was helpful and answered our queries and questions.

Clean, comfortable, modern.. and quiet.

Comfortable, clean and modern room. Able to check in early was very helpful. The location is good, not too far from the seafront, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby but 30+ minutes walk from the bus station and Old Town. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice bathroom with good shower and toiletries. Fridge and kettle but no tea or coffee provided which was shown in photos. Good Wifi. 2 small water bottles were provided which I appreciate.

No self check in, you have to arrange to meet in person to get access. Payment in cash only. Curtains didn’t close fully so eye mask is a good idea if light wakes you in the morning.

Alles war sauber und er war sehr freundlich.

Leider gibt es keinen wäscheständer oder ähnliches um z.B. Strandsachen aufzuhängen.

Für den Preis ok 🙂

Alv war sehr nett und hat uns auch schnell reingelassen aber alleine ihn zu erreichen und den Ort selbst zu finden war etwas kompliziert. Zu Saisonzeiten und mit mehr Vorlauf als ein Tag klappt sicherlich alles deutlich besser.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, aber wenn das Zimmer online angeboten wird, dann gehe ich dennoch davon aus, dass es vermietbar ist. Es war aber nicht geputzt, die Betten nicht gemacht und generell alles etwas chaotisch.

Struttura consigliata

Stanze luminose e molto pulite. Ottima posizione, a meno di dieci minuti dall'inizio del lungomare di Valona. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema in stanza e si è presentato dopo appena 10 minuti per risolverlo. Struttura assolutamente consigliata

Agréable mais court

L'emplecement était très bon et facile a trouvé, chambre comfortable. Les matelas sont très comfortables. Un bouilloir avec les tasses et du thé dans la chambre. Le climatisateur a bien fonctionné.

Le douche a été bouché, mais host l'a reparé assez vite. Malgré ses efforts, il a resté un peu boucher.

Tout était très bien, cependant lors de notre séjour, nous avons tenter de contacter l’établissement et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse.

Erg schone accommodatie. Helaas werden wij ziek maar we zijn enorm goed geholpen door de host. Goede communicatie.

De locatie is dichtbij een strand maar die is niet heel schoon. Het is 30min wandelen naar de oude stad.

Una notte di passaggio a Durazzo

Posizione centrale, vicino alle vie principali. L’host, vedendo che eravamo in coppia, ci ha concesso un upgrade di stanza senza costi aggiuntivi (quella che avevamo prenotato aveva due letti singoli).

Probabilmente prima erano uffici, quindi grandi vetrate dove entra molta luce (tende non coprono l’intera finestra). Mancavano cucchiaini (ci sono tazze, bollitore e caffè solubile)
