A great base in the heart of Zoute

1. the owner of the property could not have been more helpful before arriving (helpful videos on how to find the keys, the parking area etc) and throughout the stay with help and advice - thank you Alain! 2. the apartment is spacious for a family of four and equipped with everything we needed for a relatively short stay. We really appreciated the apartment being stocked with all necessary basics and even some coffee and other bits and pieces. It really was a home from home. 3. the area is superb, right in the heart of Zoute and a very short walk to the beach. Everything is so close that bike hire is not really necessary but we did anyway because that's what you do in Zoute!

There are no dislikes of any significance. If we had to mention a couple of things then there are no nice views from the bedrooms and the living room overlooks the high street. However, there are no issues with noise. Also, the apartment is quite expensive... but this is Zoute!! Would we stay here again? Yes.

Centraal gelegen bij stad en strand

Het appartement heeft een top ligging middenin het Zoute. Je kan overal te voet naartoe en het strand is om de hoek. Grote bonus is de parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Het appartement is ruim en er komt veel daglicht binnen. De host is heel behulpzaam en super sympathiek. Alles was ook erg proper

Heerlijk verblijf op een fantastische lokatie in hartje Le Zoute.

De lokatie is perfect. Vanuit het ruime appartement is alles op loopafstand te bereiken, dus kan de auto in de gratis parkeergarage blijven staan gedurende het verblijf. Het appartement is geheel compleet ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ben altijd heel blij met Netflix en een Nespresso automaat 😀

Heel klein puntje maar, na aankomst was het heel koud in het appartement en ook na een paar dagen bleef het fris. Maar in de zomer komen we heel graag weer terug.

Location propre et très confortable ! Très complet, chouette déco,literie très bonne. Spacieux nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants. Quartier très classe ! Alain est très sympathique, disponible et serviable. Un grand merci à Catia pour sa gentillesse suite à notre soucis de chauffage. Vous serez très bien reçu !!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in direkter Strandnähe. Super Vermieter!

Sehr gute Lage, super einfacher Zugang, alles per Aufzug erreichbar. Ausstattung der Wohnung durchweg gut und hochqualitativ. Kontakt im Vorfeld auch super nett, Alain hilft mit vielen Videos und Erklärungen. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder und genießen die absolut tolle und saubere Unterkunft!

Die Türgriffe sind teils locker, schränkt die Funktionalität aber nicht ein und ist wirklich das einzig negative an der gesamten Wohnung! Der Tiefgaragenplatz an sich ist sehr groß und gut passend, Zufahrt ist aber relativ eng und vor allem steil! für Autos, welche bei Bodenwellen etc. Vorsicht nötig haben, wahrscheinlich eher nicht geeignet.

Appartement très spacieux, super équipé, il y a même des jeux de société pour les enfants ! Tout est pensé pour un super voyage en famille, une chambre avec deux lits superposés pour les enfants. Literie très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Propriétaire très à l’écoute, hyper disponible. On a eu possibilité de faire un late check out (super pour la petite sieste des plus jeunes).

Topverblijf op toplocatie

Het appartement zijn grootste troef is ongetwijfeld de topligging en de parkeergarage. Ook een uitzonderlijk vlotte en transparante communicatie met de eigenaar dient vermeld te worden. Het appartement was zeer proper en goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs een Stokke kinderstoel! Heel handig voor ons zoontje van 2,5. Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken! :)

Het was fantastisch!

De locatie was top. Dichtbij het strand en winkels. De kinderen waren erg blij met Netflix op de tv en alle spellen, die aanwezig waren in het appartement.
