Casa da Avenida

Location was perfect. Pedro was so so helpful and checked in on us during & after check-out. Lovely big 3 bed apartment with great facilities.

Noise outside but that's the only negative & I guess comes with the fact the apartment is on the main road.

La ubicación. La casa está muy bien situada, zona tranquila con todos los servicios muy próximos(cafetería, restaurantes, supermercado etc) y a la vez alejada de las zonas ruidosas. La cocina tenía todo tipo de menaje, muy completa. Es una casa sencilla con mucho encanto. La amabilidad y disponibilidad del propietario, pendiente en todo momento, dando todo tipo de explicaciones y facilidades.

El ruido de la chimenea de los extractores del restaurante ubicado en el bajo que pasa por el patio de la casa. Las ventanas son un poco antiguas.

Very spacious clean traditional accomodation in a fantastic location with a fantastic host. Apartment has everything you could need. Pedro, the owner, provided so many recommendations and answered every question immediately. Beautiful views out the front windows. In the heart of old town, so easy to walk everywhere. Might be a bit noisy in busy season but small price to pay for such a great apartment in such a great location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral (Mercado municipal um die Ecke, Busbahnhof fußläufig schnell erreichbar, Bahnhof ebenfalls über die Brücke nicht weit, oft direkte Parkmöglichkeiten) am Rand der Innenstadt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr laut. Einfachfenster ohne Schallisolierung. Direkt vor der Fenstern piept eine Fußgängerampel bis tief in die Nacht unermüdlich ihre Gehsignale. Von unten kommen die ebenfalls lauten Entlüftungsrohre des (oder der) Restaurants hoch. Der Herd und die Waschmaschine teilen sich eine Gaszufuhr. Es gibt nur ein entweder oder (zwischen Kochen und Waschen also umschalten). Um den alten Gasbeuler anzuwerfen, gilt es die Bedienungsanleitung sehr genau zu studieren (sonst kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen...). Die Wohnung speichert sehr gut die Hitze des Tages, verfügt aber über keine Klimaanlage. Die 'Terasse' oben ist eine einfache bauliche Freifläche. Personen größer als 1.80 m können über die Mauer auf den Hafen blicken Die 'Terasse' unten ist ebenfalls nur eine bauliche Freifläche. Keine Sicht, kaum Licht, aber mit dem Lärmpegel der Entsorgungsrohre. Mit der Eingangstür kamen wir oft nicht klar. Nach der x'ten Code-Angabe letztlich aber immer hinein. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung auch für Köche recht gut ausgestattet. Leider galt das nicht für die Töpfe und Pfannen, die schnell entsorgt gehören.
