Apartment With Large Terrace Overlooking The Boats

It surpassed our expectations. A wonderful two bedroom apartment literally on The Marina. Just wonderful everything you need and more. Grocery store near by. The use of the swimming pool was lovely, near to tons of restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Old Town is just over the bridge, well worth a visit for dinner. Beach’s not far. Sunsets lovely.

We loved our stay in Lagos and this property was perfect for us. We took the bus from Lisbon, and getting to the property from the bus station could not have been easier… maybe a 5 minute walk. We were met at the apartment by someone who provided a great overview of the apartment, location, access to pool, where the market was, and recommended restaurants in the area…all very clear and helpful. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. There is a fantastic grocery store, Pingo Doce, a couple of blocks away that has a great selection of wines, produce, prepared foods, etc. so we were happy to have this so close by so we could have breakfast and snacks at the apartment.The apartment is in the marina and has a lovely view of the boats. It is only a short walk to the center of town and beaches. In the marina and meeting points for boat tours, and there are lots of bars and restaurants if you want to go somewhere close by. The apartment has a very nice sized balcony with a dining table that over looks the boats, and we loved spending early mornings sitting there drinking coffee and enjoying the boats. Checkout was a breeze. We loved staying here…both in the apartment and in Lagos and hope to return some day,
