Handy for travelling around Cornwall

Not as clean as we expected, the place requires some TLC it's just been left to deteriorate, decking and bench looked worn where you weren't able to really sit at to eat, blinds in the bedroom were torn, radiator was rusted and heating didn't work, tried to put fire on one morning and wouldn't work, the lino on floor was ripped, just felt dated and disheartening on arrival. photo misleads the actual look
