I occupied a "Deluxe Double" room on the fourth floor (room #1) for a couple of nights in January as a solo traveller. The best and most important thing I liked was that the price was right. Another thing that impressed me was that the lady that I interacted with at the hotel's reception desk spoke enough English to help me successfully install WhatApp on my phone. Moreover, all the essentials in the room worked as designed. The lights lit up the room, the toilet flushed, and the hot water was hot. I didn't try the AC or the TV but I'm sure they probably worked. Also I never tried to lock tne room door when I waa inside the room but I suppose that worked also even though it was very old like most everything else in Cairo.

No WIFI service, atleast not for guests anyway. Also the signage for the hotel is a bit confusing. The sign on the hotel property and the signs directing guests to it says that the name of the hotel is "Temsah" but the English side of the hotel's business card says the hotel's name Crocodile Inn. On booking.com the name of the hotel is only given in Arabic, so for foreigners it becomes a challange trying to figure out the hotel's name and by extension, what name to enter in the location search box on a map App. Finally, there was no basic immenities in the room such as toilet paper and bath towels. However, Although I didn't ask for any of these items, II have to believe the hotel would have gladly provided them upon request.

الاستقبال جيد من موظفة الاستقبال ايمان وأحمد والموظف الجديد وحتى من مالك الفندق الحج كانوا ودودين ومحترمون للغاية وهذا شيئ لا يمكن انكاره لكن جملة من الامور السلبية التي يمكن تفاديها الاصوات مرتفعه ويمكن توقعها باي وقت اثناء نومك بنصف الليل من خبط ورزع وموظفات النظافة ودخول عمال صيانه لغرفتك لعمل صيانه تستمر لساعه او أكثر اثناء وجودك بالغرفة كذلك ان كنت معتاد على رؤيه بعض الحشرات الزاحفة وانقطاع الماء أثناء استحمامك واضرارك للذهاب للبحث عن ماء ساخن لعمل فنجان قهوة ذاتيه الخدمه قجميع الفندق لا يوجد فيه سخان ماء لعمل مشروبات المقيم بالغرفه غير واحد موجود بغرفه سرداب بجانب الاستقبال الخدمات بجانب الفندق متوفرة وبجانب محطه مترو تمكنك من الذهاب لأي مكان بالقاهره بسعر رخيص جدا والملاحظات ليست هدفها السلبية فقط ولكن الرقي بالخدمات لرفع من تقييم الزوار والفندق للوصول لنجوم التقيم وبرأيي هو فندق قريب من النجمة الاولى لا اكثر وهي وجهه نظر شاهدها وعاينتها بدقه وهذه أمانه سأسأل عنها يوم القيامة بالتوفيق للفندق والمزيد من الجهود للرقي بالخدمات والشكر للجميع رغم ما سبق ذكره
