The space was great and it was a walkable distance from the music venues on Frenchmen
Could have used a bit more bedding and a blow up mattress but we were able to make do with all the couches

Loved everything about the property! They thought of everything you need to stay for days in NOLA.
The location is a little far for some of our party (we are older and some of us have bad knees) to walk to Bourbon St and it may not be the safest neighborhoods to walk thru but if you Huber or Lyft you are fine!

Big house to accommodate all the guest. Good communication with owner. Owner was accommodating and responded quickly.
Location indicated in the map of the description is incorrect. It is not very close to downtown. The beds are uncomfortable, old mattresses and make a lot of noise. A/C makes a lot of noise. Not enough glasses, forks, etc. for all the guests. The 5 gallon water container was empty.
