A bit of a walk to the village

It was very bright and spacious and provided everything you would need for a family travelling to the New Forest. Excellent location in Brockenhurst especially if wanting to walk or bike ride. Fabulous welcome pack provided for which we were very grateful. Lovely little patio area to sit and relax in or have a BBQ should the sun be shining.

It was a great location and had everything we needed and the owners provided a little hamper so it was very welcoming as well. The kitchen was really easy to use - overall a very cozy place to stay!
There was a small issue with the radiator in the bedrooms but the owners went out of their way to fix it for us.
