New Forest Brockenhurst

Excellent location for exploring the New Forest and with a convenience store, pubs and restaurants close by. The layout of the house worked well for us with 6 adults and 1 child visiting. Comfortable beds. Useful to have the separate drinks fridge which freed up space in the main kitchen fridge.

Parking was a bit of a juggle. There is space for 1 car directly in front of the house. Most guests filling the house are likely to have 2 or even 3 cars with them. We managed without ever needing to park at the station. On the main road there is free parking from 5pm to 9am with 1 hour parking available outside these times in effect making it possible to park from 4pm to 10am which worked for us. The house décor looked a bit 'tired'.

Lovely house , plenty of room for 5 of us . Had everything we needed inc fans as it was sooo hot. Close to pubs restaurants and shops .

Cobwebs, needs a deep clean . Trouble getting in as key box was difficult to use. Neighbour helped us get in

Rubbish from the week before was still in bin outside in garden.

Close to all the shops restaurants and pubs in Brockenhurst. The neighbours are really friendly.

There is a clear need for some kind TLC on the property throughout it’s looking very tired. Specifically with the Kitchen and first floor bathroom. The garden is overgrown and definitely needs attention. To make it Children friendly.
