I couldn’t find the dryer. The staff informed me saying there was a dryer but I could only find a washing machine.

This would do as a one night or two night stay max but staying for over a week was incredibly difficult. The noise level

Clean and modern on arrival. Had a bath and shower and equipped kitchen.

Very small - bed was uncomfortable and pulls out from the wardrobe. The noise levels are too high which means you cannot get to sleep. You can hear everything in other apartments even just people talking. No air conditioning as described.

Ich fühlte mich nicht besonders wohl in der gebuchten Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gerätemäßig war in der Küche alles vorhanden, jedoch war die Innenausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig. nur ein Becherglas vorhanden, keine Bechertassen zum Teekochen, kein Schneidebrett, kein Lappen um die Arbeitsfläche abzuputzen, wenig Küchenutensilien um Kochen zu können, was dadurch nicht möglich war. Somit konnten die vorhandenen Geräte gar nicht genutzt werden. Gerade deshalb habe ich eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, um mich auch selbst versorgen zu können, was leider durch die dürftige Innenausstattung der Küche nicht möglich war.

Das Gesamtgebäude ist sehr hellhörig und somit konnte schallte es auch in die Wohnung, auch vom Innenhof und Treppenhaus schallte es laut. Einmal hat auch ein Mieter seinen Abfall auf den Eingangsstufen entsorgt. Den Schüssel in der Schlüsselbox bei der Anreise zu entnehmen und bei der Abreise wieder in der Schlüsselbox zu platzieren, war sehr schwierig und nicht erklärt und in dem Briefkasten war keinerlei Beleuchtung, so dass man bei Dunkelheit den Zahlencode schlecht ablesen konnte.

Kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sauberkeit und Lage

Spartanisch Ausstattung, war nicht möglich, die Spülmachine zu nutzen, weil es zu wenig Geschirr gab, z.b. zwei Frühstücksteller, keine (Salat-)Schüssel, kein Sieb, keine Suppenkelle, kein Besen oder Handfeger, für eine Woche ein Hantuch. Missfallen hat uns auch die sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse auf der Terrasse: zu viele Parteien auf zu engem Raum. Fliegennetz am Fenster wäre gut.
