The location was great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, coffee places, but most importantly close to the metro station. There is a restaurant at the first floor of the building, it's owned by the owner of the apartment, we've had a late reservation to the restaurant and we also got a discount for staying the apartment upstairs.

L’appartement est très agréable, il est spacieux et propre. La literie est très confortable, le linge de maison impeccable. La vue et la terrasse sont un vrai plus. Le quartier est très sympathique et assez proche du centre grâce au métro.
Le bruit ! L’appartement est situé au dessus et à proximité de restaurants, il y a donc énormément de bruit jusqu’à minuit passé. Il y a également beaucoup de bruit dans l’immeuble en général et surtout à l’étage supérieur. Nous aurions apprécié que les formalités d’entrée dans le logement se fassent la veille plutôt qu’à la sortie du métro au milieu de la rue via whatapps après un long voyage.

Le logement est très propre spacieux confortable Très bien situé métro, boulangerie, restaurant, épicerie Propriétaire, compréhensible bienveillant réactif, répond rapidement aux messages Nous avons un souci d’eau froide, là maintenance est venu dans les 30 minutes Nous y retournerons sans problème
Il manque peut-être un micro-ondes

Appartamento molto bello nuovo e ben curato. Molto pulito.Accoglienza e disponibilità eccezionale, i proprietari molto gentili. L’appartamento è ubicato in un’ottima posizione dove ci sono ottimi servizi e si raggiunge facilmente il centro storico di Roma Grazie ai proprietari, Ci ritornerò presto
