Proximité du Colisée et des transports pour se rendre sur des sites plus éloignés
Appartement qui mériterait d’être remis en état (porte de la salle de bain toilettes qui ne ferme pas, problèmes d’humidité) Nous avons été gênés par le bruit (voisins du dessus assez bruyants le soir et travaux toutes la semaine où nous y étions dès le matins assez tôt)

La vicinanza della struttura a tutte le priorità visitabili: colosseo, fori imperiali, chiese, fontana Trevi,piazza di Spagna e pantheon ecc
La struttura troppo vecchia e consumata, bisognerebbe rifare il bagno: porta rotta non chiudibile e wc che scorre, trovavamo sempre l'acqua a terra. Casa piena di polvere.
