A horrible experience with a run down property and unapologetic owner.
Washer/dryer did not work and was never repaired. There is stench of mold in the bathroom, spider webs on ceiling. My family and I had to dry ourselves with towels that turned moldy as they were constantly used due to washer/dryer being broken. In a nutahell, a horrible, horrible experience. Property online photos look great though so if you are basing your decision solely on the photos, you will be tricked. The property is worn down. We found other people’s hair all over the place and it was so gross. The shower is horrible to. You have to be a dwarf not to let water run out of it. Any normaly seized person will have water run outside of shower. Oh and the hot water line is directly next to you as you take a shower and you will burn yourself on it as you move around.
The owner didn’t accept card payment on site. She cited her own terms and conditions which trump those of Booking.com. She gave me a clear choice to either pay with cash the same day or find some place else. I booked this place months in advance and couldn’t find any other place on such short notice. Otherwise, I would have gladly done it.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Het was een prima locatie en het appartement was schoon genoeg.
Een krappe badkamer en een te kleine slaapkamer. Daarnaast was de sleutel van de voordeur door midden gebroken en hebben wij de kosten (€80!) moeten betalen aan de slotenmaker. Echt bizar aangezien het niet onze schuld was! De staat van de sleutel was niet goed en was erg dun. De slotenmaker die kwam was erg brutaal en de eigenaresse van het appartement werd boos toen we aangaven dat het niet onze schuld was en we de kosten daarom niet wilden betalen. Heel teleurstellend.

При мытьё в душе вода выливается на пол, но для нас это не было большой проблемой

Stan je prelep, moderno namešten kao sto se može videti i na slikama. Čist, topao, u mirnom delu smešten. Blizu Ada Mall-a. Mala kuhinjica je opremljena svime što vam treba. Kupatilo čisto, takodje opremljeno za svaki slučaj i ženskim higijenskim stvarčicama, pa čak i četkicama za zube ukoliko ste zaboravili. Vrlo brza i laka komunikacija sa gazdaricom. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smeštaj.

Savršen apartman i domaćin
Mnogo mi je drago da smo iznajmili bas ovaj apartman👍🏼 Apartman je potpuno renoviran, dizajnerski opremljen i namenski sredjen za izrazito udoban boravak gostiju, a u njemu imate bas sve sto vam je potrebno. Jako nam je značilo sto je raspored prostorija savršen, sobe su dovoljno odaljene, pa dok jedna osoba spava u spavaćoj sobi, druga može bez problema gledati TV u dnevnoj. Sjajno okruzenje apartmana sa puno kafica, prodavnica i svega. Takodje, besplatna parking mesta 20m od ulaza u zgradu. Blizu je i park. Domaćin je izrazito ljubazan, odgovoran i prijatan pa smo na naša pitanja dobijali brze odgovore, 10/10 osoba. Cena i kvalitet ovog apartmana su takodje 10/10 i čvrsto stojim iza toga da sa ovim stanom nema greske. Preporuka kao kuca i definitivno ćemo se vratiti !
