Grand Monseratte House

We loved the security of the property and the strategic location with easy access to mayor highways. The host and property care taker were super friendly, accommodating, easy to reach and quick to answer any questions that came up. The apartment 1 was basic but fine for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette had all the basics, and the Livingroom area had a good sofa and nice smart TV plus a great air conditioner. The room had two beds and the king bed was very comfortable, plus another smart TV and a great AC that make the stay super comfortable. The bathroom was ok, and with an in line water heater, there was no lack of hot water. Street parking right in front of the property was convenient.

Nothing, but a dish drying rack could be of benefit.

The host was available to meet us and assisted in accessing the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, and sitting area were well furnished. With convenience appliances: air fryer, microwave, and expresso maker and coffee maker.

The bathroom did not match the rest of the apartment. The shower was unappealing and the bathroom didn't seem quite finished. The water in the bathroom did not get hot.
