ONLY 11 minutes from Isla Verde which includes PR best beaches and casinos and 20 minutes from San Juan!! Suitable for 5 guests w/ fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, and AC. Home is located at the end of the street. Please BE AWARE that it is located in the CITY, water pressure is not always the best due to island issues.

Great vacation space. Everything was exactly as pictured and the home smelled amazing! Be mindful that it is located on a busy street a you will hear traffic and pedestrians moving by. Also, be careful driving the roads. There are many bumps and large potholes, but that seems to be island wide. Other than that great stay’

This was my first time using a rental, and the fact the property was inside a gated community gave me the peace of mind I needed to try it. The house was clean, the owner communicated promptly, and I had a great stay!

The property was as listed and expected. The bedroom windows are about 10 feet from the road so there is significant road noise throughout the night.The house is 15 minutes from everything and very convenient. We had issues with the clicker to get in and out of the community but were able to call and be let in, inconvenient but workable. AC ran cool. Kitchen was so nice to have. Host was very responsive to a couple smaller issues that came up.

The house is very clean and has all the necessary items to enjoy home away from home feeling, the location is great the only issue we had was that it's located right across the street from busy 24 hr. gas station and most nights you could hear everything going on, well past midnight other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
