Apartamento con muy buenas instalaciones y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en Santa Cruz. Las vistas son increíbles. Y aunque no utilice el parking durante mi hospedaje, es todo un punto a favor que lo tenga.
El microondas esta muy mal colocado, deberían buscarle otro sitio más cómodo.

Attraktiv für Geschäftsreisende oder Leute die in Santa Cruz Ausstellungen/Konzerte besuchen wollen, nicht für Touristen. Parkplatz ist enthalten, aber auch unbedingt erforderlich
Umgebung mit vielen Baustellen und keine Möglichkeit in angenehmer Atmosphäre draußen zu sitzen. Kein Park in der Nähe oder Cafés, nur kostenpflichtiges Freibad Maritimo oder Palmengarten Palmetum. Immerhin zwei asiatische Bars/Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Info oder Reklamationen nur über Whatsapp, sonst kein Kontakt möglich. Im Appartmentblock nur Security, keine Rezeption oder Information vorhanden. Komplizierter Zugang mit "Dongle", es wird nur ein Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Sicht durch Fenster teilweise wegen nicht zu öffnender Jalousien eingeschränkt; bei offenen Fenstern starker Verkehrslärm von Av. la Constitution
