Grossly over priced.
Nothing.
Steep steps. Dark and dismal inside. Insufficient lighting. Damp. Towel rail too high and cold. Towels wouldn’t dry. No hooks for hanging. No bathroom shelf. No shower shelf. Shower would change to hot and cold. Only one bin in property. Says view but only of trees from downstairs. Main bedroom window wouldn’t open. Air con ineffective. Heating control locked. Water leak on kitchen step. Cheap plastic table cloth in dining room. Parking on boggy grass. Arrival and entry procedure absurdly complicated. No welcome pack. Just 3 tiny water bottles and coffee pods. No milk. No tea. No food of any description. Friends stayed in hotel near by for over €200 less and had delightful room with balcony, lake view and breakfast.

We had a lovely time in Tremezzo, not too busy and lovely place to stay to explore Lake Como.
