For a house accommodating 10 guests, two bathrooms were insufficient.

Lovely location, facilities and comfort for a family break.
Beautiful location, rooms/ beds comfortable, all very clean and appears newly refurbished. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Ample safe parking. Host freindly and approachable for any contact.
These are more minor points but I've suggested a coffee machine or caffettiere needed, plus tea pot would be good. We also felt the fake books and plastic plants unecessary and a bit odd. Addition of some local info eg reference books, map of walks instead of the staged books would be useful.
