Good location for our needs. Breakfast was good.

Ran out of eggs for breakfast and were slow to refill. Had to leave before it was refilled.

Pool, breakfast, hot chocolate! Room was nice! Very clean and friendly place!

The staff at the front desk were so helpful even though we had a super late check in. We only stayed Thanksgiving Eve. But super clean, safe and comfortable. Showers were great! Pillows were very nice.

I liked how clean the facility was and a few of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I have stayed here a few times with my family but this most recent stay, we were here longer than we’ve ever been and the staff and everything has really changed. I had asked for our shampoo and hand soap to be filled and it never was, until I had to make a second request. Mind you, the day we checked in, it was already very low, as if the housekeeping isn’t checking or refilling it to begin with. We were here for a total of 8 nights and of course we didn’t want to be bothered but we also needed some things replenished, such as towels, toilet paper and whatnot. The staff in the morning seemed to be much more friendly than the staff at night. We weren’t always greeted when we walked in, which is fine with me, but most hotels I stay at, the front desk greet you regardless of if they just saw you an hour ago or 15 mins ago. At least an acknowledgment would’ve been nice. On the morning we left we had breakfast and the front desk clerk was on her personal phone, like a personal call. I really don’t mind, but it’s not very professional. I don’t know if she was on break or not, but she was kind of just roaming around the breakfast area as if she was in the comfort of her own home. I don’t have any major complaints, I just noticed the change in the staff from the other times we’ve stayed here versus this last time.
