Het is een huis om heerlijk in alle rust te genieten van de omgeving. Het huis is voorzien van alles en het is goed onderhouden. Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad zijn goed schoon. De airco’s werken goed.
Dat er geen privé parkeerplaats was. Je parkeert wel direct aan het huis en er was altijd een parkeerplek beschikbaar.
