The property actually IS fully equipped. While usually a few ikea cups and plates, and maybe some cheap pot is all you get, the equipment here is good enough to just start living. pans, pots, cups, spatulas, spices, baking paper, grater, strainer... soda stream? coffe maker? A goddamn mortar and pestle? Check. Whatever you want to cook, good chances are you won't have to buy anything but the ingredients. Roomba is making rounds at noon, I think? So basic cleanliness is assured as well. Big big tv. It's a flat that has been properly lived in before, and it shows.
bathroom is a bit small, communal stairwell is... well, it is an old building, and to forcibly complain about something, personally I'd like a desk for work to be present as well.
However, it still is one of the best locations you can book in this town, not to mention the great value price point. If it's available, just take it.
