Bardzo ciekawa lokalizacja, sporo terenów spacerowych wokół, różnorodne restauracje w pobliżu, bezpłatny parking niedaleko. Super klimatyczna baza wypadowa. Samo mieszkanie urządzone ze smakiem, z dbałością o detale i szacunkiem do industrialnej przeszłości.

Duża przestrzeń, oryginalny wystrój, ciekawa aranżacja wnętrz. Wanna :), Bliskość parku wodnego Suntago, bliskość restauracji i kawiarni

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładne, komfortowe i zadbane mieszkanie, przestrzenna łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bezpieczna okolica, dużo dobrych lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów w okolicy - np chińczyk :)
Miejscami słabo doświetlone - na przykład w łazience, ma to swój klimat ale może przeszkadzać. Jedna z rolet była zdemontowana z okna, cała ulica mogła zaglądać na odsłonięte pięterko z głównym łóżkiem.
