Room air-conditioning not functioning I called them and never came to fix it! They just texted me to close the windows … so then to die easily and at peace … They did not even care to phone me back if I am well or not! Very rude rather inhuman and much impolite staff. Furthermore I asked for my invoice to be issued as it did not came automatically to me upon my payment as it was supposed to be . Is this common in Madrid? The room service is like a ghost never came to my room although they are present and I saw them at the establishment, garbages are overloaded and smelling awful inside the room, is this allowed for hygiene purposes, who will pick them up me ? Then why I payed so much money? Sheets never changed and towels the same, almost like in the army.. . Check out is at 11 but check in is at 16:00 (5 hours to respond to a shift). Definitely it does not worth the fees that they request since it is a very much inferior indeed, only the location counts as positive. But very noisy since it is in the city center with cars traffic and pollution and horns that keeps you sleepless. No balcony only 3 windows angled locked and slightly able to open them ( I suppose for security reasons). I am so much dissatisfied since it was recommended for any reason I could not see, as an exceptional solution for accommodation in Madrid. Based on what reasons please? Now I will know and act accordingly, thanks
