About this house rental
Located in Nivillac, the holiday home Gîte rénové pleine nature Kerdary has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and barbecue amenities.
If you are an enthusiast, it is also possible to use the fireplace located in the kitchen (a small stock of wood will be available) – please inform the owners before your arrival if you wish to use it.
The vacation home is located in an isolated area of the forest, 150 meters from the main property where the hosts live. The territory is enclosed by a “cow fence,” so guests traveling with pets should take this into account. Carrefour and Netto supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. Local highlights include the small medieval town of La Roche-Bernard (7 minutes away), the castle of La Bretèche (15 minutes away), and the magnificent beach of Pénestin (25 minutes away).
Several parking spaces are available on the property. (2 spaces nearby, the others 100 metres away).
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee and upon request). Pets are welcome, provided you bring your own bedding for them. Pets must remain on the ground floor and be groomed outside the house.
Smoking is not allowed in this property and the celebration of events is not permitted.
A breakfast service can be provided on request.
