About this apartment rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. First floor with screen room. walk-out back yard with gas grill. Weirs Beach is a quick 10 minute walk where shopping/food and entertainment can be had, or enjoy the beach. Grounds provide a salt water pool, playground, tennis court, basketball and pickleball court. Bank of NH Pavilion is a 10 minute drive. Perfect location for Laconia bike week. During fall/winter enjoy Gunstock Mtn. ski area which is a 15 minutes away which makes this condo a great ski getaway!
The space
Two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Full kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher. Kitchen table sits 6 comfortably. Enjoy flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Queen size air mattress for 2 additional guests.
Instructions will be left on the coffee table including an information binder with attractions and restaurants.
Towels will be provided. Supply your own bath soaps and shampoo. Fresh linens will be provided. Please strip the beds and pile linens and towels on the floor in each bathtub.
Coffee maker provided, bring your favorite brew.

This space was the perfect size for our group of 4 for a short weekend trip away. It's within a short walking distance to the gas station for any quick needs as well as a craft brewery that's walkable. The property grounds were well maintained, including the pool. I initially thought we were going to be too hot without any air conditioning available and temperatures in the mid 80s, but the overhead fans kept it comfortable.Our hosts Scott and Jodie were just a quick text away to answer questions and address concerns and were generous enough to allow us check in early.

This property is very bright and clean. Convenient to BNH Pavillion and surrounding towns. We really enjoyed the town of Meredith. Weirs beach is great if you have small children. Lots of restaurant choices. I wish I skied so we could stay in the winter and use the cozy fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.
