2BR, 2Bath recently updated condo at The Villages at Winnipesaukee. Enjoy the large open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that overlooks the field and has views of the lake. This unit features 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed the other with a king, as well as a Sealy Sleeper Sectional Queen sofa bed (there are also twin mattress cots located in each bedroom for additional sleeping options).
The unit has a private full bath off the true master as well as a full bath off the hallway where a barn door has been added allowing it to be a second master bedroom if wanted. All rooms have their own TV's and streaming apps such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The living room has a smart TV for viewing Netflix and other streaming Apps as well as the fire stick apps listed above.
The Villages offers many amenities to its guests including a pool with lounge chairs, grills with a seating area adjacent to the pool, a kids playground, 2 tennis courts, a bocce court, and a basketball court. The unit comes equipped with a cooler, a fold up beach/pool/utility wagon, and a couple camp chairs for you to use by the pool or at the beach, as well as a bocce set, tennis racquets, and a wiffle ball set.
The property also offers a parking lot to store your boat or bike trailer while you use them to enjoy the area. Laundry facilities are located on site for Village guests only. Please note that there are stairs from the parking area to the unit as well as to the entry door.
Located just behind the Kellerhause Ice Cream Shop and just three blocks from the Weirs Beach Boardwalk and all it has to offer, the villages is a great spot to come and relax. Enjoy a day on the lake by walking to Weirs Beach or just put your feet up and relax by the salt water pool. Short walk to area attractions such as restaurants, bars, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, go-karts, batting cages, and more. Skiing at Gunstock only 15 minutes door to door, as well as many great trails and mountain hikes within minutes. Bank of America Pavilion concerts just a 6 mile drive away.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen had every utensil imaginable, there were toys and games for all ages, a really exceptional unit. The owners were very responsive to questions, and checked with us to make sure that all was well. Exceptional.

A home away from home. Perfect getaway spot that has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Whether it be for a family vacation or a couples getaway this place is perfect. Great location for all the local attractions. This is our second time staying here. We will certainly be back. Thanks for the great stay!
