Just an hour from Barcelona, La Paradella offers a unique, exclusive, and intimate apartment where you’ll feel right at home, with just you and your loved ones—no other guests.
A space thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed any time of year, in a setting where you’ll breathe in the tranquility of the surrounding nature.
Spread over two floors, it retains all the charm of a traditional farmhouse, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling.
On the first floor is the kitchen-dining area (see photos of the ground-floor apartment), equipped with everything you need for cooking: a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There’s also a wooden bar that doubles as a table and a fireplace in front of the sofa, perfect for relaxing, especially during the colder months.
The upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase. There you’ll find a beautiful bedroom with two beds that can be arranged as a double or separately, and a rustic bathroom with a shower.
From the bed itself, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Agudes mountain range with horses grazing in the background. It is, therefore, a very intimate, cozy, and bright space, ideal for two people, though it can also accommodate three or four by using the sofa bed in the dining room.

La Paradella is an 1800 farmhouse located in one of the quietest spots in Montseny, within the municipality of Arbucies, 3 km from the town center, and accessed via a forest trail that winds through the heart of the Natural Park. In 2018, Pau Dalmau—after living in Barcelona for 25 years—decided to return to his roots to continue dedicating himself to people’s health as an osteopath, but now in a privileged setting.For this reason, he restored the farmhouse and built a vacation rental apartment with guests in mind—those who want to come and spend a few days reconnecting with themselves and with nature.
