About this apartment rental
Built in 1910, it was once the retreat of a Montessori teacher. It’s located 25 minutes from Vic, 40 minutes from Girona, 1 hour from Barcelona, and 40 minutes from the sea. Public transportation is available by bus.
We’re at an elevation of 890 meters, with a healthy lifestyle and great local products just a stone’s throw from home.
We offer two separate apartments, each with its own terrace: “Tía Angelina” on the first floor and “Venturita” on the second floor.
A large, fully fenced garden surrounds the house, with sunny and shady spots—depending on the time of year, you’ll find your favorite spot. A porch area with a dining space and barbecue, perfect for breakfast in the sun during winter or dinner on a summer night.
It’s a very peaceful place, where you can hear the silence at night and the birds in the garden.
Casa Venturita has thick stone walls that maintain a steady temperature, ceilings with large chestnut wood beams, and original hydraulic tiles.
Sant Hilari Sacalm has a Mediterranean mountain climate with Atlantic influences, featuring mild summers that are cool at night and cold winters.
The house is located on Passeig de la Font Vella, known for its centuries-old chestnut trees. It’s 50 meters from the town’s historic center, where you’ll find shops selling local, high-quality products right near the house. I’ll send you a list of local businesses and shops whenever you need it.
At the end of the promenade is the Balneario de la Font Vella, an interesting spot with a thermal circuit, a variety of treatments, a restaurant, and more.
Font Vella is the name of a well-known bottled water spring that exports water throughout Europe. Sant Hilari is known for its more than 100 fountains.
Amenities at Venturita, charming apartment, 1910, remote work, starry skies, and pets. Catalonia
